Preparation for the Health Check up and the Instructions to be followed for a Health Check are:

  • Kindly take prior appointments for health check packages.
  • If already registered at the center, provide the I D number at the time of fixing the appointment and at the time of reporting at the center.
  • Overnight fasting essential for 10 -12 hours prior to the health checkups. Water can be consumed. (Depending upon the type of health check)
  • If you are diabetic, avoid taking your insulin injections / anti diabetic tablets on the morning of the health check up. Please carry your insulin / anti diabetic tablets which you can have after giving the fasting blood sample. You can take other regular medicines with water as instructed by your doctor.
  • Avoid wearing tight clothes, formal clothes, and jewellery. Wear loose clothing and easily removable footwear. You can bring your sneakers along to walk on treadmill.
  • If you use the contact lens, kindly remove them before coming for the opthal check.
  • Avoid smoking & consuming alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before check up.
  • Bring all your earlier medical reports, prescriptions and medical accessories like glasses, contact lens, and hearing aid if available along with regular medicine when you come for the health check up.
  • Please inform us in advance if you want any additional investigations or consultations to be done (i.e. other than those investigations or consultations availed in the health check packages opted by you) so that we could schedule your appointments for the same. This will be charged extra to you and are payable in advance when you arrive.
  • It is advised to avoid health check for women during menstruation.
  • Pregnant ladies shall not undergo X-Ray, mammography or bone densitometry.
